In the event that we are unable to complete the agreed-upon services or placements, we offer a comprehensive refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Refund Policy Details – Eligibility for Refund

  • Non-Completion of Services: Refunds are only applicable if OlaPR fails to complete the services as outlined for the agreed upon project.
  • Refund Request Period: Clients must submit a refund request within 30 days of the agreed completion date of the services. Requests made outside this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Written Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to with a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  • Evaluation Process: Upon receiving a refund request, OlaPR will review the request and evaluate the circumstances. We may request additional information or clarification to process your request.

Refund Processing

  • Refund Approval: If the refund request is approved, OlaPR will issue a full refund of the payment made for the specific services that were not completed.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval.

Refund Exclusions

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available for clients who change their mind after the service has commenced or been completed as per the agreed-upon project.
  • Client Delays: Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the client, including but not limited to, failure to provide necessary information or approvals in a timely manner.
  • Partial Services: If partial services have been completed and delivered to the client, refunds will be issued only for the uncompleted portion of the services.
