FAQ
You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers.
The same straight answers we give on every call — published here because transparency is the whole point.
What media outlets do you work with?
The easier question is which ones we don’t. As a content bridge, we work with any outlet that aligns with your goals, story, and mission — from national brands like Business Insider, Yahoo News, and the Associated Press to editorial-focused outlets like New York Weekly and US Insider, across all markets and verticals.
Are there industries you don’t work with?
If you’re doing good, honest work, there’s almost always a story worth telling. That said, we don’t accept clients in sexually explicit content, unreviewed or unregulated health claims and products, gambling, get-rich-quick schemes, cannabis, or unregulated investment opportunities.
I’ve never been featured before. Is that a problem?
Not at all — let’s talk about it. Our team has been in the media landscape since 2008 and has helped many first-timers into their first major features, editorials, and podcasts. Whether you were born for the stage or have been quietly doing great work, we’ll help you make the most of it.
How long until I’m published?
Every outlet has its own process, but as a guideline we aim for first placements within two weeks. Wave360 typically turns around in ~10 days from onboarding to live. Ripple+ ranges from a few business days with our closest content partners to ~4 weeks for larger national outlets.
One-time project or monthly retainer?
Both — and we’re transparent about all of it. Wave360 is a one-time $997 package, Ripple+ features start at $300 one-time, and we build 3, 6, and 12-month strategies when you want the snowball effect of consistent placements.
Do you guarantee placement?
Anyone who “guarantees” PR is mostly selling confidence. We prefer transparency: we present opportunities we know are on the table and secure them over 90% of the time — and if we fail to get you published, you get a 100% money-back guarantee.
Will my placements stay live? Do they help my SEO?
Placements live on the publishers’ platforms at their discretion, but we always aim for permanent placements — with a strong bias toward dofollow links that carry real SEO value for your site.
Who writes the story? Do I get to approve it?
Our writers research you and your work, then craft a story you review and approve before it goes anywhere. Publishers keep editorial control, but because we bring stories already aligned to their standards, revisions are rare. You won’t have to write a word.
Will I have a real person to talk to?
Every client gets a personal PR representative — someone to answer questions, present current opportunities, and pick up the phone when you have an idea worth featuring.
Industries we decline: We don’t work with sexually explicit content, unreviewed or unregulated health claims and products, gambling, get-rich-quick schemes, cannabis, or unregulated investment opportunities.
Still curious? Talk to a human.
Every client gets a personal PR rep — and every conversation starts with a real person, not a bot.
